Imagine standing on the edge of a cliff, the weight of the world pressing down on you. The pressures of society, unresolved wounds, and life’s demands can feel overwhelming, like a daily battle with depression, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts.
I have learned every client is unique. My therapy approach is about stepping back from that edge, finding solid ground, and understanding your life’s story. It’s not just about treating symptoms but exploring your journey, with empathy and no judgment. Together, we’ll build resilience and help you reconnect with what gives your life meaning.

🌄 A Tale of Two States: From Colorado to Texas
I'm a proud product of two distinct states: I spent my formative years growing up in Colorado before a major shift landed me in Pflugerville, Texas, as a high school junior.
That move—especially navigating a new culture and community during those challenging teenage years—was a profound adjustment period. It was this early, personal experience with transition and change that fundamentally shaped my path and inspired me to choose counseling as my career. Now, I carry the influence of both states with me.
I am able to evaluate and make diagnoses, and/or support existing diagnoses and work with you for a 'best-fit' solution to your needs. So any come from a past of being told they are 'X, Y, Z" and often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed.
My goal is to help find a good starting point of treatment that resonates with you in this context and provide evidence-based treatment to support your needs, goals, and desires to bring relief and remission, joy and hope.
All options on the table including progressive medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, or referrals for other modalities including deepTMS, and psychedelic-type therapies.
I have wanted to be a counselor from a young age. I received my undergraduate BA degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and my graduate degree M.Ed clinical/ school counseling from the University of Phoenix. I also spent two years studying at the Denver Seminary to learn how to incorporate faith into counseling. I started out as a middle school counselor and also worked as a therapist in a counseling clinic. My passions are parent coaching, helping with anxiety disorders as well as depressive disorders.
