I have 10 years experience working in mental health at all levels of care. I work with clients in California, Colorado, Texas and Florida. I graduated in 2015 from Antioch University Los Angeles with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and life stressors. My goal is to create a compassionate and judgment-free space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to take control of your mental health.
As a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on empowering individuals, particularly those navigating midlife transitions, multicultural experiences, and healing from challenging personal histories.
I work with women navigating life transitions-whether that includes changes in relationships, identity, health, grief and loss, or simply feeling disconnected from who you once were. Many of the women I support find themselves at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for something to shift but unsure where to begin.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for promoting both physical and mental wellness.
With over a decade of experience in mental health care, I specialize in working with clients who carry complex trauma narratives. I hold a professional certification in Trauma & Resilience.
I received a Bachelor of Social Work in 2008 and a Master of Science in Psychology with a major in Mental Health Counseling in 2013.
I want therapy to be your safe space to be however you are, feel however you feel, and say whatever you need to say, without judgement. Once we bring compassion and validation to those experiences, we can begin to create a vision for change. I support you in setting goals, building skills and overcoming barriers to the life that you desire. I'm also a brain science nerd, so I can help you understand why you respond the way you do.
