Hi
I'm Pat Windsor, LCSW. I have a Masters in Social Work.
Practicing independently for about 25 years.
I love what I do it's empowering to see my clients grow and learn.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and seasoned healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging health journeys. I've built a practice dedicated to guiding clients through serious illness, complex care systems, and emotional transitions with clarity, compassion, and expert support.
My professional background includes more than a decade working in oncology navigation, palliative and hospice care, and chronic disease management across healthcare settings.
I hold a master's degree in social work, and I'm licensed to provide counseling and therapeutic services. I bring deep insight into the healthcare system, and help clients feel empowered, informed, and emotionally supported as they make critical medical and life decisions.
What makes my work especially personal is my experience as the daughter, sister, and mother of cancer patients. I understand not only the clinical complexities of serious illness but also the emotional and spiritual weight it places on individuals and their loved ones.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in whole-person care, grounded in dignity, compassion, and human connection.
