As a licensed independent social worker, I have been working in the field for over a decade and offer compassionate support to adults and seniors. Together we will work to improve well being and develop new insights. I use several modalities of treatment including most commonly, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help mitigate stress, depression, anxiety, grief, life transition issues, relational issues, as well as parenting. Congratulations to you for taking an important step toward change. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, my name is Larry and I have been a licensed mental health clinician for 14 years. I take a person centered approach meaning I work with all of your strengths. I collaborate with you to find the best solutions for change. We work on goals to not only address the presenting problem but also to help you find what makes you happy in life. I am laid back but can also hold you firmly accountable with the plans of change
Each day, you support vulnerable people at their worst, but now something within you feels broken—crushed by chronic stress, relentless demands, and hostile systems that undermine your efforts—and help seems out of reach. You might feel consumed by worry, unable to disconnect, and never fully present at home. Or, your own body might be rebelling against you, with chronic pain that worsens each day. You may be facing an impossible choice: between your work and everything else. With over a decade of experience in state-funded human services, I’ve been there, too. I specialize in helping professionals like you navigate these struggles.
I offer practical, trauma-sensitive, confidential therapy to professionals who help others (e.g., public defenders, healthcare workers, and therapists). Together, we’ll sort through the chaos, clarify your priorities, and use concrete strategies to repair what matters most, so you can live out your own vision of a full, meaningful life.
Hi! I’m Brianna, a queer Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Massachusetts passionate about providing inclusive and accessible mental health care to people of all ages through a laid-back, affirming, and collaborative approach as well as an intersectional lense, recognizing how our identities, culture, and the world around us work together to impact our mental health.
I work with individuals who have experiences with complex trauma, anxiety + depression, obsessions/compulsions, neurodivergence, and those who who are part of various minority groups. I do this mainly through the therapeutic relationship which research shows to be the biggest predictor of therapeutic growth. This means I show up to each session as my authentic self, creating a space that feels human, non-judgmental, and safe enough for you to show up as your authentic self, too.
More specific modalities I pull from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach as everybody's experience is unique. I work hard to ensure things feel right for you, not everybody else.
Ultimately, my main goal is to provide the space for you to heal, and I do that best through bringing my authentic self into the therapeutic relationship to foster varying degrees of growth.

I am a provider dedicated to empowering clients I work with through knowledge and information. I enjoy working with clients, discussing options and participating in shared decision making. This is your health, and I want to support people in making their own informed decisions.
I welcome all marginalized and disenfranchised individuals to my practice. I work closely with LGBTQIA+ communities especially transgender communities. As a white provider I do diligent work in dismantling racism in healthcare settings.
