I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy for both adults and children. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, and I offer a warm, empathetic, and client-centered space where you can feel understood and supported.
Let me share some information about myself. I am a graduate from Brooklyn College for my BA degree and I attended NYU for my masters degree in social work. I have worked in different setting over the years and really enjoy working with all different age groups. I enjoy families, couples and individuals. I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make once they start to see their own patterns and what they feel they should change.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I received my Doctorate in Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Manhattan VA and my post-doctoral fellowship at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. In addition to my private practice, I hold appointments at the Manhattan VA and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry.
I'm a proud BIPOC clinician and LICSW. I have an MSW with a concentration in Clinical Social Work and advanced clinical training in Multicultural Mental Health. In my private practice, I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, & collaborative approach to meet my client's needs. My ideal clients are individuals, couples and families from diverse, multicultural backgrounds. My specialties include trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, etc.
As a licensed counselor in the Sunshine State of Florida, with almost 12 years of experience, I have worked with a variety of populations & settings. Whether it is teens/young adults (ages 15 & +) through 80 years & older, what I can tell you I have learned so far is; we all go through some "unlucky" things sometimes. What counts & is most important is how we learn to cope & manage these situations life throws our way. Together we can digest & learn ways to heal when life gets hard!
