Breakups hurt, and when it hurts, you'll need to find a way to stop the bleeding or the pain. Grief, sorrow, guilt, and remorse are all feelings associated with loss. As a therapist who works with patients struggling in their relationships or through a breakup. I would love to provide you with a space to help you process and heal from your pain. Many of us carry patterns shaped by earlier experiences: ways of protecting ourselves, ways of connecting, and sometimes ways of feeling stuck. In our work together, we’ll gently explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
Hi, my name is Kristine and I provide individual and couples therapy via telehealth services. I obtained my Marriage and Family Therapy degree in 2016 from Syracuse University. I work from a systemic and trauma informed lens and I am trained in EMDR.
I'm a Queer, ADHD, Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in Queer and Neurodivergent care.
I primarily work with teens and adults and have experience working with trans and gender diverse clients, including writing surgery support letters. I'm a Polyamory and Kink knowledgeable clinician.

I’ve been helping people for over 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m so proud of you for taking this important step toward caring for yourself. It’s not always easy, and it shows strength and courage.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of challenges. My experience includes school settings, college multicultural affairs, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and mental health counseling.
I also spent nine years in a hospital setting, working in psychiatric emergency services and on adolescent and adult inpatient units. This gave me extensive experience in crisis intervention and in supporting people through both mild and severe mental health concerns. Today, I continue to work in outpatient mental health, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and build resilience.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work toward the changes you want to see in your life. I look forward to working with you.
