Whether you are navigating the complexities of young adulthood, experiencing challenges with parenting, going through stressors in your relationship or even life's inevitable stresses, you do not have to walk this path alone. Seeking therapy is a hard first step to take and I want to guide you in increasing self-confidence and fostering healthier relationships while finding a sense of purpose.
At some point, we all experience tough times. Coping skills falter, feelings may be intense, and we can't picture the way forward. If your time is now, I'm here to help. My practice focuses on clients navigating periods of distress or unexpected change. If you're dealing with life transitions, loss, or simply a “rough patch”, I offer support and guidance. My approach is flexible, welcoming, and compassionate. We sort things through together. You’ll find that coping skills improve, emotions are more manageable, and you understand yourself better. Most importantly, you’ll recover a sense of wellbeing and hope.
You deserve a down to earth, compassionate, counselor and therapist. You deserved to be listened to with no judgement and pre-conceived notions. You deserve flexible hours, and availability to speak in total privacy. You were made to breathe and not gasp for air!! Its ok to take a day off from work and not feel guilty!
I approach therapy in a way that is grounded, approachable and attuned to the whole person. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I take an integrative approach that combines evidence-based practices with warmth, directness, and thoughtful collaboration. My goal is to help you create meaningful, sustainable change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many people often report feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. Together, we slow things down, identify patterns, and build practical tools that support long term growth.
If this is your first time seeking therapy, or if you have been in therapy before you are welcome here.
