Hi there! As a practicing clinician of ten years, my goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable to be and express yourself, to have your voice heard, to process and work through any challenges you are facing, and to know that you are not alone as we work collaboratively together. I strive to create an environment where one can engage in self-reflection, self-exploration, growth, and healing. Before obtaining my Ph.D. in Social Work at New York University, I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a B.A. in Psychology at Brooklyn College.
I have a strong background working with diverse communities of color. I am a 2nd generation Chinese American (colloquially known as an "ABC") born and raised in NYC, fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
I graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After pursuing a career in Human Resources and Professional Development in the private sector, I decided to return to school to continue my education in order to help others. I attended and graduated from Columbia University with a Master degree in Social Work. I bring a wealth of lived, professional, and educational experience to her practice.
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York. She received her BA in Psychology at the University of Washington and her MA of Social Work at New York University.
Over the past ten+ years, Stephanie has been a clinician in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, schools, ERs, and in more recent years tele-therapy.
Stephanie serves adults in the following areas: trauma, anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, mood and personality disorder, and psychotic disorder.
Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, or the uncertainty of infertility and perinatal challenges. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, stories, and stressors that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.
I work with adults of all ages with a focus on supporting individuals through life transitions: career burnout, relationship shifts, identity changes, and the complexities of becoming (or deciding not to become) a parent.
My multi-cultural experience and approach have taught me that there are many ways to look at the world and oneself. Your life story is unique, and together, we will explore how to bring about desired changes in your life and relationships. I work with trauma, anxiety and life changes, and have experience both in community and hospital settings.
Hello, I am Cassi! I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2021 with my masters in Counseling. I have had experience in several different environments, such as schools, outpatient therapy, and private practices. I typically work with clients aged 5-45 years old, and some of my specialities include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral issues.
My therapeutic approach focuses on my belief that when it comes to an individual’s life, they are the expert. However, managing that alone can be cumbersome and stressful. As a therapist, I’m interested in collaborating with you to discover what parts of your life you hope to keep or perhaps enrich and what factors you want to change. I look to combine my experience with my clinical knowledge to aid clients in their journey to becoming their best selves.
