I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who values thoughtful, collaborative care. I was trained in both medicine and public health, which shapes how I think about mental health in the context of a person’s life, relationships, work, culture, and stressors. I work with adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and life transitions.
