Hello and Welcome! My name is Lessie Lacy, I am a licensed mental health clinician here to support you on your journey towards emotional well- being. With my expertise and experience in the field, I am dedicated to providing you with personalized and compassionate care.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, and individuals navigating substance use, legal challenges, and crisis situations, including suicidality. I believe that every person has the capacity for healing and growth. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect, helping clients build lives that feel meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
I have worked in the field of mental health for 16 years in a variety of settings including emergency rooms, mobile crisis, residential treatment, community homes, and adolescent transitional housing, and virtual based crisis work. In addition, I have also worked with the public safety (police and corrections) community. As a 1st generation Caribbean American, I also have ties to the Caribbean community and have provided clinical services to many members of the Diaspora.
I am honored to be part of your journey toward better mental health and well-being. As your counselor, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges together.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with 5 plus years of providing clinical services for children, adolescents and adults. I provide therapy in Spanish as well.

Breakups hurt, and when it hurts, you'll need to find a way to stop the bleeding or the pain. Grief, sorrow, guilt, and remorse are all feelings associated with loss. As a therapist who works with patients struggling in their relationships or through a breakup. I would love to provide you with a space to help you process and heal from your pain. Many of us carry patterns shaped by earlier experiences: ways of protecting ourselves, ways of connecting, and sometimes ways of feeling stuck. In our work together, we’ll gently explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
Hi, my name is Kristine and I provide individual and couples therapy via telehealth services. I obtained my Marriage and Family Therapy degree in 2016 from Syracuse University. I work from a systemic and trauma informed lens and I am trained in EMDR.
