As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that there comes a time when prioritizing our mental health needs becomes the key to being productive and happy in our day to day lives. Putting ourselves first generally can be a struggle and something that does not come easy, so taking the first step is key. I have had the opportunity to work for the last 20 years as a therapist within a school-based mental health program working with adolescents and teenagers and help them deal with managing anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical & Counseling Psychology and experience working with individuals, couples, teens, and families. I specialize in anxiety, mood-related challenges, communication issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, grounded space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
I'm Shelle Savill, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in counseling psychology. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful agents of change. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to each client's needs. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitions.
I studied at Susquehanna University for my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and graduated in 2015. I then attended University of Pittsburgh for my Masters in Social Work program which I graduated in 2017. What qualifies me for this role is my empathic therapeutic approach with clients. I've worked in Private practice, case management at a non-profit organization and with kids and adults with varying diagnoses like anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD. I prefer working with new moms and parents in general. I also have an ADHD certification and work with adults with ADHD. I only see clients ages 18+ at this time.
