Partnering with YOU to become your best self is my professional goal. I'm passionate about utilizing over 20 years of experience to assist you in gaining insight into barriers and developing a healthier mindset that will empower you to master proven productive skills for real change and growth.
You deserve a therapist who really sees you, not just your struggles, but your strength. I’ve spent over 20 years helping people heal from trauma, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions. My background spans community work with many vulnerable communities, crisis response, schools, and private practice, giving me a deep understanding of the reality of how complex life can be.
I bring that experience, along with advanced training in trauma recovery, EMDR, and culturally responsive care.
I’ve supported clients from all walks of life, professionals juggling too much, women navigating health or fertility or relationship load challenges, children and families, immigrants and first-generation clients finding their footing, or working through complex family dynamics, divorce, abuse, and helpers who spend so much time caring for others they forget themselves trying to balance it all.
What I want you to know most is that therapy with me is about safety, compassion, healing, and possibility. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to show up as you are.
