I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity development. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in honoring your lived experiences.
I work with adults of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting immigrants, refugees, and those from diverse cultural communities. I draw from somatic practices, strengths-based therapy, narrative work, and faith-integrated care when aligned with your values.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by past experiences. In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels steady and supportive; one where healing can happen at your own pace and in alignment with your values.
If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold space for both your pain and your growth, I’d be honored to work with you.
*** In person visits are for clients located in Dallas, TX only

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and for over 7 years I've worked in private practice in Wimberley, TX after serving at-risk youth and families in schools, teens in treatment centers, and working as a career counselor. I specialize in ADHD, women's issues, mood disorders (including suicidal ideation and self-harm), low self-esteem, parenting, and family conflict.
