I have experience working across clinical, medical, school and community settings. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and life transitions.

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, where I specialized in Mental Health and Substance Use. I currently work in a community health setting, providing clinical services to individuals living with psychotic disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. With over 15 years of experience in the field of substance use treatment, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice—offering a uniquely empathetic and person-centered approach to care. My passion lies in helping others build resilience, find healing, and achieve meaningful recovery.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I can assist in addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior issues, emotional regulation, anger management, relationship and peer issues, and life stressors.
I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to Texas in 2007. I earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. I earned her Masters in Social Work from Loma Linda University in Southern California.
