Hello, I'm Theda. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, groups, and families in various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and group homes. My journey in mental health began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Hello! My name is Katelyn, and I use they/them pronouns. I’m a solution-focused therapist who specializes in mental health and addiction. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported without judgment. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and welcome people of all identities and backgrounds.
Hi, I’m Glenn Permar — a therapist, former school counselor, and U.S. Air Force veteran. I help teens and adults who feel mentally overloaded, anxious, or scattered find more steadiness, focus, and calm in their daily lives.
Many of the people I work with describe their minds as always “on” — juggling ideas, worries, and to-do lists that never seem to end. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, or burnout, that constant pressure can make life feel exhausting. Together, we slow things down and find what I call your “steady middle” — that balanced space between feeling overworked and feeling stuck, where your mind feels alert but grounded.
My approach combines evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness with a down-to-earth, collaborative style. You won’t find judgment or jargon here — just real conversation, practical strategies, and space to understand what your stress is trying to tell you.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the Air Force and later worked as a school counselor and Social Emotional Learning Specialist during the pandemic. Those experiences shaped how I help people manage stress, build emotional resilience, and move through life with more confidence and calm.
If you’re ready to understand your mind, manage stress in ways that actually work, and create more balance in your life, I’d be honored to work with you.
In our work together, my intention is to hold a space in which you can begin to relate to yourself with a sense of curiosity and gentleness. This includes growing the capacity to be with your internal experience, as it is, without the need to numb or distract in ways that may have become destructive. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is integral to the healing that takes place in therapy.
I specialize in treating families, individuals, and children (ages 5+) who struggle to connect with others, solve problems, or understand different perspectives. This often creates feelings of loneliness, sadness, or hopelessness. I have extensive experience working with those who have Autism and other disabilities. My mission is to help you develop the crucial skills of self-worth and insight. It's important to remember you don't have to navigate the struggles in life alone; I am here to walk alongside you in a supportive, judgment-free space.
