Welcome! Taking the first step toward seeking support can be one of the hardest — and most meaningful — parts of the journey. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life and have found that our greatest challenges often open the door to growth and change. My background is in mental health counseling, with experience supporting clients through substance use concerns, relationship and marital issues, adolescent behavioral challenges, and mood disorders.

Hi, I’m Jenny. I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just the feeling that life feels heavier than it should. Whether you’re struggling to make sense of your emotions, overwhelmed by day-to-day demands, or ready to figure out what comes next, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to go through this alone — support is available, and healing is possible.
There comes a time in everyone's life when we need support.
Are you sick and tired of trying to manage this alone? You wake up to another difficult day and wonder how you will cope. Anxiety and dread are becoming your best friends. But they don't have to be. You are here because you are ready for change and I am here because I can help you feel better.
I am experienced in psychoanalysis. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy.
I’m here to support you through whatever life has brought your way. I work with preteens, teens, and adults using simple, evidence-based tools like CBT and TF-CBT to help you understand your feelings and develop healthier ways to cope. I focus on creating a warm and trusting environment where you can talk openly, feel encouraged, and begin to make positive changes. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling stronger, more aware, and more in control of your life.
Hi, I’m Equilla Cherry, PMHNP—your partner in mental wellness. I work with clients ages 10 to 70, helping them navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and other mental health challenges with clarity and confidence.
What sets my practice apart is my holistic, person-centered style—I treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I value building genuine connections and making sure every client feels heard, understood, and supported.
I’m passionate about this work because I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate mental health care—and I’m committed to helping you rediscover stability, strength, and hope.
