I'm Tiff. I work with individuals who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans adjusting to civilian life, survivors of trauma, or people seeking affirming care around gender identity and self-exploration. What they share is a desire for safety, relief, and a greater sense of ease in their body and relationships.
I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
As a therapist my goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients to share thoughts and feelings openly. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and have 10 years of experience treating children and adults.
As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I partner with individuals to build the practical skills needed to thrive in high pressure environments. Whether you are navigating professional burnout, life transitions, or seeking ways to better manage intense emotions, my approach is grounded in evidence-based tools and genuine collaboration. Let's build together to build a routine that supports your mental well-being and long-term goals.

I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA, and telehealth across Massachusetts. Let's work together to create a path toward healing that truly fits you.
I’m Dr. Olivier Barthelemy (“Dr. Ollie”), a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or persistent thought patterns that are hard to break.
I strive to create a structured and compassionate space where we can make sense of these experiences, reduce distress, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My approach is also informed by a strong foundation in neuropsychology, shaped through training at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) and the VA Boston Healthcare System.
This background deepens my understanding of how brain function and behavior interact, enriching both therapy and assessment. Drawing on both science and empathy, I’m committed to helping clients restore balance, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in 2010. I have been licensed as an LMHC in the state of MA since 2014. Over the years I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults as well as provided supervision to unlicensed clinicians. My current focus is on providing individual counseling to adult clients with anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties including strained family dynamics, as well as stressful life transitions.
