I believe that our mental and emotional state shapes how we experience and perceive life. Through my work with diverse populations, I have learned how important it is to prioritize mental health in order to create meaningful change and find fulfillment. Using my clinical experience, I now focus on working with adults who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I believe that prioritizing mental health is the foundation for stability, resilience, and growth in life. Taking the step to seek support can often feel daunting—so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here.
I’ve worked for over 15 years in the fields of prevention, trauma recovery, and community mental health, and in recent years I’ve expanded my focus to private practice. My work brings together both evidence-based clinical methods and a deeply human approach that honors each person’s unique story.
I’m a compassionate and empathetic provider who believes in meeting clients where they are and helping them take meaningful steps toward healing. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder, offering care that is both structured and deeply personal.
Many of my clients come to me feeling unmotivated, unsupported, and unsure how to prioritize their mental health. Together, we take the time to understand how they got to where they are now—and build a path forward that feels achievable and grounded in their own strengths.
