Therapy is my passion. I work with motivated, ambitious people on a journey of discovery and self-improvement.
I have a special interest in building confidence, reducing anxiety, improving work-life balance, addressing pathological perfectionism, addressing people-pleasing, supporting high-achieving professionals in their goals, healing emotional wounds from difficult families of origin, maneuvering relationships, and navigating culture and identity.
My approach focuses on DBT skills including distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and mindfulness. These skills can give us a clearer idea of what brings out the strongest emotions in you, and how to sit with those feelings in a way that keeps you connected to safety and peace.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’ve been living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychiatric conditions that affect your daily life and relationships. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I am an LCSW, with experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, where I have supported individuals during some of the most vulnerable and complex moments of their lives. This background has given me a deep understanding of mental health conditions, crisis stabilization, emotional regulation, and the impact that untreated trauma can have on a person’s life.
