

Dr. Milspaw graduated with her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, in Philadelphia, PA. Her theoretical orientation consists of a complementary blend of psychodynamic and family systems theories. She has extensive training in psychological assessment and multicultural competence. Her dissertation examined how the use of humor differs across cultures within the context of health care.
Dr. Milspaw has 25 years clinical experience working with children, parents, and families. She completed her assessment practicum in a forensic setting utilizing objective and projective psychological assessments. Her pre-doctoral internship consisted of intense in-home work with families experiencing severe mental illness. Following completion of her doctoral training, she worked in private practice continuing her experience serving families and children. She owns a private practice, Gallant Psychological and Forensic Services, that recently received an award for 6 consecutive years of being named the best psychologist in Camp Hill, PA. The forensic part of her practice consists mostly of helping families who find themselves involved in the Court system as a result of divorce and custody conflicts.
Dr. Milspaw is active in the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) and is co-chair of the been on PPA’s Child Custody and Forensic Committees for 20 years. She is currently co-chair of PPA’s Child and Family Forensics Committee. She sat on the Pennsylvania Taskforce on Supervised Visitation and led the development of a free training video and accompanying paperwork for families and children in need of a supervised visitor.
A highly experienced psychotherapist, he remains compassionate to others and completely focused on patient health and well-being. Dr. Ted Dorfman combines science and compassion to treat and help his patients. He holds 3 academic degrees in Psychology, and has practiced as a licensed psychologist for decades. At the college level he graduated "summa cum laude" and at the doctoral level he graduated "with distinction".
He enjoys these pastimes: helping others, reading nearly all genres, cooking, children, and banana splits. He is an honorably discharged US Army veteran, married with an adult son, and soon expecting a first grandchild. He's pleased with positive relations with his four brothers and three sisters.
