As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to mental health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and hold active licensure in Colorado, where I practice both in-person and via telehealth.
My clinical background spans psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals across the lifespan. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorder, and women’s mental health concerns, including perinatal and perimenopausal transitions.
Clients can expect a nonjudgmental and patient-centered environment, where treatment decisions are made together. I believe mental health care is most effective when it is personalized, transparent, and rooted in trust. My goal is to help clients achieve lasting stability and improved quality of life through thoughtful medication management, supportive dialogue, and coordination of care.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with women, and female-identifying clients, (18+) who want to heal their relationship with their bodies and uncover their authentic identity in order to build lasting self-worth and empowerment in all areas of life. I want to help women feel powerful, worthy, and confident and finally shed narratives of shame and perfectionism that hinder self-perception. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Pepperdine University and my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. I have had clinical experience in a range of different non-profit, healthcare, and treatment agency settings that provided me with invaluable training to help clients feel empowered and make lasting changes.
I am a clinical forensic psychologist with over 35 years of experience working the matters that relate to psychology and the law. This includes assessments, reports, and testimony in court as well as family therapy for family reunification and other matters. I have a doctorate in counseling and educational psychology and a year of post-doctoral training in family therapy. I have written a book about healing from childhood trauma. I have been licensed in 5 states, most recently in Colorado.
Hi! My name is Dr. Chelynn Randolph and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist located in Denver, CO. I am currently a clinical assistant professor at the University of Colorado Denver but I received my education in MFT from Appalachian State University (masters) and Florida State University (doctorate). As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress.
Therapy is about you. It is about feeling and doing better. It is about your life and moving beyond challenges that hold you back from being confident and whole.
At the core of any useful therapy is the relationship, and I know it is an important decision to find just the right person to come along side you on your journey through life's challenges. As such, I work to establish a safe and comfortable space for you to explore solutions and future directions.
