I specialize in supporting all genders experiencing prenatal and postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and the emotional challenges related to loss, infertility, and fertility treatments. Life is hard, but finding the right therapist shouldn't be! In my practice, I strive to make strong, authentic connections with the people I see to support them in their healing and growth. I take a person-centered and relationship-based approach, utilizing action- and insight-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, life, and take steps towards peace, safety, and happiness. I am a good fit for those looking for empathetic support, to build insight, and to grow and become the best version of themselves.
I strive to help others strengthen their relationships with their families and themselves. I enjoy supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families through life's challenges. I specialize in family therapy for teens and their parents, as well as adults and their parents.
Hi, I’m Genevieve. I support people navigating big life transitions — especially athletes moving beyond their sport — as well as individuals dealing with addiction, substance use, or feeling disconnected from who they are or where they’re headed. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical tools. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor to our work, helping you understand your patterns, make sense of your emotions, and move through change with more clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform — you can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll navigate the next steps together.
I’m Kaylee Torno, MA, LPC, NCC and the founder of WayForward Counseling & Consulting. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families as a licensed therapist and professional school counselor. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps, and are ready to find a way forward toward greater balance and fulfillment.
I bring warmth, humor, and clear guidance to therapy. Cognitive techniques help uncover how thoughts shape emotions and actions, while mindfulness fosters calm and focus. We’ll also explore your values to guide our work. Humor keeps things light, and directness ensures we stay on track. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth and confidence.I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University.

Hello! My name is Megan Hilton, and I am an LPC mental health counselor. I obtained my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University in March of 2023, where I began seeing clients and gaining experience. I specialized in child and adolescent therapy while in school and have continued working with youths between 5 - 18 years old. I attended therapy myself as a child and adolescent and feel my personal experience has allowed me to better understand my younger clients. I have also gained experience working with adults through individual, couples, and family counseling.
