“I help people build lives—and careers—worth living.” I specialize in guiding clients through emotional intensity, identity disruption, and vocational misalignment. My approach blends DBT and Career Construction Theory with Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and evidence-based modalities rooted in meaning-making and personal agency.
Whether you're a teen navigating emotional intensity, an LGBTQ+ individual reclaiming identity amidst cultural stress, or a professional seeking to realign purpose, I offer a structured and symbolic space for change. Together, we illuminate archetypal patterns, deconstruct inherited narratives, and build lives anchored in values, clarity, and psychological flexibility.
I specialize in helping clients reconnect with the power that’s already within them. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m the passenger here to support, guide, and travel alongside you. With a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I work with adults of all ages on challenges like anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. As a clinician who identifies as LGBTQIA+, I also aim to be a supportive and empowering presence for those navigating identity, belonging, and self-trust.
I’m a licensed therapist with master’s degrees in both Philosophy and Clinical Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. My work is guided by values of openness, empathy, and curiosity, and I see therapy as a collaborative space for growth and self-discovery. I strive to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, thought disorders, and life transitions, helping them build resilience and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting kids, teens, and young adults. I create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their feelings, build coping skills, and discover their strengths. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping each person find tools that truly work for them.
My primary focus is working with adolescents, families, and adults, though I have a range of experience working with people of all ages and many different demographics. In particular, I have a strong background in working with at-risk youth, kinship caregivers, and foster/adoptive families. I also have a background of working with young adults transitioning to independent living, as well as adults of all ages.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, and have been practicing as a therapist since 2022. Prior to this, I worked with youth, adults, and families in a variety of case management roles, including in schools, domestic violence shelters, shelters for those without housing, and families experiencing various systems involvement. This has given me an understanding of the many challenges life can bring, and equipped me with the tools to support you in navigating various barriers and difficulties.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of CO. I have received my Bachelor of Science in human services from Metropolitan State University, and my Master of Arts in school counseling and clinical counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I have spent 16 years in the mental health field working with diverse populations.
Life is full of ups and downs, and I have learned from both personal and professional experience that 'suffering in silence' is not really sustainable or healthy for anyone. You deserve to feel heard and to function at your best level. I have 6 years' experience post-graduation from the University of Texas with helping folks do just that. From nonprofits, to medical clinics, to correctional facilities, to teletherapy, I have connected deeply and partnered with many clients and families to trudge through some of their darkest hours and find more validation, calmness, and acceptance. My fluency in Spanish has given me opportunities to break down walls and connect with hundreds of clients whose cultural background is different than mine. I would be honored to have the chance to see if working together is a good fit for your healing journey.
I attended Northeastern University and graduated with a BA in Sociology in 2008 and then attended Wheelock College Boston University and received a Masters in Social Work in 2012. As your psychotherapist I use an integrated mind-body approach to allow you to have the space to identify areas of concern and goals to work towards.
If you're struggling and looking for extra support—whether you're navigating a major life transition, facing challenges in your mood or relationships, or working through past trauma—I’m here to help! I seek to help my clients manage a variety of issues unique to women and couples, including the emotional and psychological changes that accompany your fertility and parenting journey. I frequently work with concerns related to infertility, loss, pregnancy, the postpartum period and the menopause transition. I bring specialized training in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parental support, and relationship issues. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you through life’s challenges, helping you grow into a healthier, more fulfilled version of yourself.
I believe that you deserve to be your happiest, healthiest, and most empowered self.
You might be here because something feels off—self-doubt, feeling unseen, or a sense you’re capable of more but can’t reach it. Many people I work with struggle to see their strengths or believe they’re worthy of care and connection. Therapy can be a place to slow down and explore who you are.
I’m Bridget Rowe, a Denver-based therapist who believes you are the expert on your own life. I came to this work through education and social work, drawn to people’s stories & honoring how unique each person is. My style is warm and collaborative. Together, we’ll ask thoughtful questions, weigh options, and build confidence in choices that fit.
